The Broker Management Council was formed to meet the challenges of the Foodservice Market and in the belief that "No man is an island"; that anything one member could do alone could be done better with the help of others. The basic promise of the group was unselfishness. Candor, integrity and mutual confidence were the benchmarks of their relationship. Binding them together were the day-to-day marketing concerns that bear upon bottom-line results.
The BMC program gives broker management the opportunity to exchange mutually beneficial operational information and to do so without legal or competitive constraints. In group discussion and one-on-one, foodservice trends are explored and realistic forecasts are developed. Data contributed by Council members is analyzed and interpreted. The Council operates solely for the exchange of information in the spirit of self-betterment. It does not accept any product or service for endorsement or representation.
